Strength Squad at Shoot HQ is our elite strength and conditioning program designed to elevate athletic performance for serious basketball players. Run inside our fully equipped gym, Strength Squad complements your on-court training with structured, high-energy sessions focused on power, speed, and agility.
Led by experienced coaches, this program helps young athletes build strength, prevent injuries, and unlock their full potential. For $200/month, athletes can attend unlimited sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday — giving you the consistency and support to thrive on and off the court.
